Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns if:
- Product is damaged
- Product is defective
- Wrong item delivered
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Used products
- Personal dislike
2. Return Time
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
3. Conditions
- Product must be unused
- Original packaging must be intact
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
- Refund is issued to original payment method
5. Exchanges
We offer replacements for damaged or wrong items (subject to availability).
6. Return Shipping
- If error is from our side → we cover shipping
- Otherwise customer pays return shipping
