1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Wrong item delivered

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used products
  • Personal dislike

2. Return Time

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

3. Conditions

  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging must be intact

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refund is issued to original payment method

5. Exchanges

We offer replacements for damaged or wrong items (subject to availability).

6. Return Shipping

  • If error is from our side → we cover shipping
  • Otherwise customer pays return shipping
